With ATR you can search for a Training Provider - for example to run an in-house course for you.
You can search for a training provider that has expertise in a particular area, or is in your local area.
With ATR you can see
the detailed information about all the training Providers. You can even
enter notes about the providers ( for example, how well thay completed
the last in-house course they ran for you)
and you can mark them as your "preferred" provider.
