Database modules:

Jobs A system to create an electronic job description encompassing the purpose, skills, qualifications and accountabilities. A mechanism to track job evaluation and manager positions within the organisation
Employee Keeps details for employees including important dates, company assets, reporting relationships and reasons for termination. Holds Equal Employment Opportunity data and employee's resumes. Maintains employment and position history.
Recruiting Provides a complete recruitment solution from the listing of open jobs, maintaining details of past advertisements, tracking applicant and interview details, searching for applicant and sending mail merge recruitment letters.
Reward Tracks and administers remuneration details and maintains history, allows for tracking of flexible salary packaging based on performance and productivity and an unlimited number of benefits. Allows employees to be administered on salary or on wages with competency based skill adjustments. Details of employee assets to be kept.
Performance
Monitors of agreed work plans and tracks performance against those plans via a Performance Summary table. Allows previous plans to be archived and recalled. Allows recording of development and succession plans with the ability to examine skills shortfalls against current and new jobs.
Payroll Uses the integrated payroll solution for end-to-end electronic processing of leave and timesheets and E Wage to electronically interpret Award changes and implement them.
Time & Attendance A system designed to track time, expenses or work attendance in the organisation, have them electronically authorised and sent to payroll for action. Incorporates tools for graphically examining attendance and productiviity measures.
Courses/Development These two linked modules provide a fully developed training and development module that will search for skill gaps, recommend courses that address the gaps and then tracks training history including costs, time and qualityh of courses attended. Allows for external training to be entered and has an inbuilt system for managing internal courses.
OH&S / Rehabilitation These two modules records details of accidents and incidents and uses the search engine to find the causes. Attach and monitor actions for future prevention and tracks the certificates, workers compensation payments and rehabilitation.
Administration/System These two modules contain tools for setting up workflows, reports, email paths, lookup tables, import utilities and inbuilt customisation. It also incorporates a security system, which controls user access to the database and self-service kiosk based on SQL industry standards.

Intranet: An intranet portal ready to add your company logo and preset with the kiosk attached as well as an employee survey form, open position list, phone list and social calendar. Just add the newsletter and you're away!

Self Service Kiosk: A fully functioned kiosk that gives employees access to information and actions required in the day to day work with browser access across your Intranet or the Internet. The system uses SSL security with 128-bit encryption.
