VISION

Go-Training Australia Pty Ltd is a leading supplier of software and services to organisations throughout Australia. We are primarily dedicated to providing training and HR solutions.

WHAT WE DO

We are the principal reseller of the Australian Training Register (ATR), which is a database to help you save time and money finding the right training course or training company to fulfill your learning and development needs. ATR has over 80,000 courses listed from 2,750 training providers.

We are a resller for MYstaff, a state-of-the art web-based fully integrated HR System (Employee Information Management System) complete with 23 Workflows (e-Forms) and 85 Reports.

We also offer SurveyView, a powerful tool for conducting surveys or gathering information from a group, appraisals or needs analysis, et.al.

SurveyView is now available as an online version.

History and Key Personnel
Dick Crompton is the founder and Managing Director of Go-Training. Dick established Go-Training 2001 following six years as a successful reseller of the Australian Training Register and 15 years as a training consultant designing and delivering training programmes throughout Australasia and USA.


Dave Harker is the IT Production Manager and pivotal to the ongoing successful integration of technology into the sales process. Apart from IT and database management, he coordinates the production of the services division of Go-Training.

Michael Beaumont is the Business Manager responsible for contract negotiation, sales management, orientation and customer support. Michael coordinates all business activities.

Go-Training has offices in Sydney and is represented in Queensland and Victoria.
